Account Manager

Join our Sales and Marketing team as our Account Manager and bring your enthusiasm for exceptional customer support while assisting IntelliDesign to achieve strategic and operational objectives. You’ll develop customer focussed relationships, secure new customers and own the process of account management within our QMS.
IntelliDesign partners with a cohort of companies to create game changing electronic products for industry. The products we create are designed and manufactured in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane and are deployed globally in medical, transportation, defence, and industrial environments. The Role
  • Account Manager for defined Production customers, providing support with project status, deliveries, issues and opportunities.
  • Conversion of Production customer forecasts to orders, achieving KPI’s and working with Account Managers on the outcome.
  • Process owner of account management for all Production Customers.
  • Quoting existing Production Customers and ensuring pricing and profitability are in line with company policy.
  • Assess Customer satisfaction with IntelliDesign performance initiate improvements.
  • Coordinate new opportunities, proactively sourcing Customers and providing timely information.
  • Assist in the handover and onboarding of new projects into Production.
  • Maintaining integrity of data in IntelliDesign’s Internal Database.
  • Participation in customer meetings and tradeshows.
Things that matter to us
  • Proven track record of success in a customer facing sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing relationships with new and existing customers ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in creating sales processes to improve the efficiencies across the customer journey.
  • A background in manufacturing, production operations or technical based background environment is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate concepts based on customer needs.
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships internally.
  • Ability to use CRM, business tools and MS Office to perform functions of the position.
