The Role

As Commissioning Engineer, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of new manufacturing equipment integration, ensuring it aligns with IntellDesign’s production goals.
Develop and manage a detailed project plan across the full equipment lifecycle
Oversee installation and integration into existing manufacturing systems
Manage risks, schedules, and resources
Coordinate commissioning and performance validation
Collaborate across teams to align the ecosystem and operational requirements

Things that matter to us

We’re seeking a results-driven Commissioning Engineer with proven experience in managing technical projects from concept to commissioning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Tertiary Engineering qualification or recognised industry equivalent
Proven experience in equipment installation and commissioning
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
