Having a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and good organisational skills will contribute greatly to your success in this role. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be contributing to the high level of customer satisfaction. The role responsibilities will include:
Providing timely responses to new and existing customer requests
Be the point of contact for selected customers providing information on deliveries, project status and any issues or opportunities
Providing regular updated quotes
Upkeep of customer order records
Administration duties such as monitoring the database for new opportunities
Assist in achieving company sales and profitability budgets using sales KPI’s to monitor performance to budget
Ensuring customer satisfaction is met, understanding any issues or areas for improvement and relaying to managers
Cold calling prospective new customers and opportunities
Attending customer meetings and tradeshows
Providing high level support to the Sales and Marketing Manager
Coordination of projects
Experience in similar role, 1 years experience in a similar role (desirable), preferably within manufacturing or electronics industry,
