Purchasing Officer

We are currently seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our Supply Chain team and support Production with on-time delivery of our products. Our Production team is organised into multidisciplinary teams, responsible for complete project delivery.

A great work ethic, high-level attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will contribute greatly to your success in this role. You will be embraced by a highly supportive and collaborative team where you’ll feel right at home in no time.

The Role

Create and manage Purchase Orders including expediting and calculation of freight costs.
Create and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQ), including BoM Quoting for new products and update existing product costings.
Provide internal customers with timely updates about changes to Purchase Order delivery dates or costs when they occur.
Ensure effective communication within the Purchasing team, with internal customers and external suppliers.
Process Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and manage related enquiries and outstanding issues.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
