Purchasing Officer

You
We are currently seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our Supply Chain team and support Production with on-time delivery of our products. Our Production team is organised into multidisciplinary teams, responsible for complete project delivery.

The Role
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders including expediting and calculation of freight costs.
  • Create and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQ), including BoM Quoting for new products and update existing product costings.
  • Provide internal customers with timely updates about changes to Purchase Order delivery dates or costs when they occur.
  • Ensure effective communication within the Purchasing team, with internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Process Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and manage related enquiries and outstanding issues.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
