We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of our Quality Management System under AS9100D, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485. This role is vital to ensuring that IntelliDesign maintains the highest standards of product, process and system excellence as we continue to grow.

You are a proactive and collaborative leader with a passion for quality systems and continuous improvement. You bring strong working knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks, and you’re confident influencing at all levels to foster a culture of quality and accountability.

The Role

Oversee and maintain the IntelliDesign Management System, ensuring all standards are met and processes deliver intended results.
Champion continuous improvement, customer focus, and regulatory compliance across the business.
Lead external and internal audits and manage change with system integrity in mind.
Lead and mentor the Quality team.
Actively contribute to the strategic direction and values-led culture of IntelliDesign.
Work closely with cross-functional managers to ensure processes are effective, documented, and trained.
Provide training and assess competencies in quality processes across departments.
Identify and mitigate process risks and ensure documentation and stakeholder engagement is current and effective.
Act as the Management Representative for ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, and ISO14001.
Ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met across all products and services.
Ensure Ex compliance where relevant to the design and manufacture of Ex-certified products.
Promote IntelliDesign’s commitment to ISO14001 and environmental sustainability through active involvement in our Environmental Management System.

Things that matter to us

Proven experience in a Quality Management role, ideally within electronics, manufacturing or regulated environments.
Expertise in ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485 and/or ISO14001 standards.
Experience leading audits and driving system and process improvements.
Strong understanding of compliance, process ownership and risk management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
