From Clinical Prototype to Production-Ready Device
Australis Scientific had already developed and clinically tested a working prototype. IntelliDesign’s role was to help progress the device into a certified product ready for serial production, supporting the transition from proven concept to manufacturable medical technology.
This required a careful balance of engineering, usability, reliability and production readiness. IntelliDesign helped refine the device for real-world use, with a focus on performance, repeatable manufacture and the quality expectations required for medical device development.
Packaging and Final Assembly
Packaging design and supplied by IntelliDesign including a vacuum-formed insert to hold the device, the charger, an applicator, some sterile microneedle patches, a quick start guide and a user instructions booklet (IFU).
